Pilates In Motion™ Classes

Pilates In Motion is an advanced clinical Pilates class guided by a physiotherapist. Once you have progressed from individual and semi-private Pilates, you’ll be able to join Pilates In Motion classes allowing you to develop your practice and challenge your body.

Classes of up to eight people are designed to improve your:

  • Flexibility;
  • Core strength;
  • Balance;
  • Muscle tone;
  • Neck, back and shoulder posture.

Re-assessments with your physio at regular six week intervals will ensure you are continually gaining benefits from your program.

Pilates In Motion classes are 50 minutes in length and include a thorough warm up and cool down.
